September 19, 2026: Greater Wasilla Chamber of Commerce: Candidate Forum. Held at the Glenn Massay theatre, our candidates met their opponents on the stage, answering randomly chosen questions on energy, education, workforce development and revenue (among other issues), previously generated by the GWCC.
JKT - Governor, Pat Chesbro - State Senate “M”, Pete Bauer - State Senate “O”, Steven Merritt HD 25, Jeanne Troshynski HD26, Jessica Kusner-Kalarchik HD29, and Sandra Loomis HD30 were present and prepared to showcase their knowledge and acumen on the issues and offered solutions for the future of Mat-Su and Alaska!
